Tinnitus?

Since the anxiety developed I have consistent tinnitus which is very hard to cope with. Any suggestions for help, management etc. I think I have tried everything!

Hello,
Anxiety, undoubtedly causes many irritating symptoms, tinnitus being one of them. My first suggestion to you would be to use many of the common stress management methods for anxiety, but to also consider sound therapy as an option if you haven't already.
