Hi! The ways I heal my anxiety and stress is by singing, knitting, taking photos, looking through scrapbooks, designing clothes, doing art and writing, writing a monologue or poem, calling a friend, buying some tea or iced coffee, eating a ham and cheese sandwich theres a smile, going online looking through emails, cooking a bit or baking maybe :), making collages, buying art supplies if possible :), sewing buttons on scarves i love this, and doing countless other fun positive things.

enjoy life- the good and the bad. it all moves through time so quickly.
