Free Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Resources

  • Recovery International meetings are held all over the country by Chat, Phone, Zoom, and Community (in-person). Attending Recovery International meetings is free, though voluntary donations (such as a suggested $5) are welcomed. No one is ever turned away if they cannot pay. Recovery International covers a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and anger. It uses a peer-led cognitive-behavioral method to help people manage everyday emotional distress rather than focusing on specific medical diagnoses.
