Embrace the positivity, not the negativity

Embrace whatever feels positive to you - that warm, confident feeling that you get from certain activities and things in life.

And people!

A good life is yours to have for the taking.

Keep a journal... write one page a day about things you are grateful for. Gratitude journals are really popular and really help a lot of people.

You CAN help yourself and relieve anxiety - take it from me.

I have been in a national magazine, on regular radio, and written articles all because I try to not pay any attention to the negativity.

You have the power. Take away the anxiety today!
