Does anyone have any encouragement that I can overcome this anxiety and depression? I just feel discouraged sometimes, even though I am trying everything to make it stop...Any comments or help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

Hi Wendy!

As long as you persist and continue to work hard everyday, you'll overcome your anxiety and depression. The only way to lose this battle is to do nothing.

So everyday, repeat the truth to yourself...make decisions based on those truths and don't allow your feelings to make decisions for you.

Remember, feelings are NOT facts! They are the END result of what we tell ourselves. Many times people think that because they feel something that it must be true but that's not reality. Feelings always come at the end of what we believe to be true.

Hang in there! One day at a time! ;)
